Cancellation Policy

Please adhere to the 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, and your space cannot be filled, you will be required to pay the full amount due. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, partial payment must be made before or upon rescheduling. All gel services include removal of our own work. We charge extra for removal of work that is not ours - you can add this upon booking or on the day.
