If you're looking for a centre to enjoy fitness, mindfulness, and community together then join us at our gorgeous Weston-super-Mare studio.

All abilities are welcome, with a wide range of classes designed to suit every body and every level.

We’re proud to be the only hot yoga enabled studio in a 30 mile radius, offering a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else nearby.

Alongside our movement classes, we host sound healing events and provide a calming treatment space for massage therapy and other complementary therapies.
